Carrie Myers These folks are on point. Im getting older, heart is giving me grief and I aint too keen on sawbones at all. But these people are absolutely the exception. Doctor Lee answered my questions, gave me more insight on getting back in better health. The fella who took my vitals and placed the heart monitor on me were just awesome. Even the young lady at the window was very pleasant. It didnt feel so much like the dreaded "doctor visit" but rather folks there who genuinely care. All you guys rock!

Dayvee Brower-Warrell You can’t get any better than Dr. Medina and the team at Animal Care Center Hays County. We recently brought in our 5 month old kitten Toulouse where he was immediately treated for hypoglycemia. They saved his life- without their help we wouldn’t have him home with us today. Not only have they played a critical role in Toulouse’s pet emergency, but they also helped us save the life of our other kitten Maui when we found her on the brink of death in a field. They worked with us for 4 straight months to get her into tip top shape. Not only will she now live a long, healthy, happy life but she’ll also get the benefit of doing that with both eyes! Dr. Medina also helped us navigate the end of our first dogs life. He was 11 and the team helped us keep him comfortable through his last day. Thankfully, our two year old pup Charlee has been a healthy pup and has only needed the usual treatment from the animal center team. They are great for the day to day too! Overall, I can’t recommend the team enough. They are honest, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. You won’t regret taking your pets here!

Gabriela Anderson I had my baby here in July and they have the most amazing nurses who take care of you. Very clean and professional. I was honestly not too sure from the beginning about coming here just because there was no rating or comments but I was very impressed with all the nurses/staff who helped me before and after I delivered my baby. Good safe security as well before they let you in.

julie veidt Dr Duran is the BEST surgeon you could hope to have! The office staff is fantastic with Elizabeth who is friendly and efficient! I feel like the office and the Dr care about me as a patient and a person. I feel very safe In the hands of Dr Duran and know my problems will be taken care of!

LA Pearlie I was surprised by the 40 page "privacy policy", when I was checking in for my procedure today. When the check in screen basically said I had seen it and initial here, I asked for the policy, so I could actually read it. When the intake person started huffing behind her mask, I was concerned. When I started reading and asked for the opt out, I was told you sign or not, no opt out. Use of my information, by-product of any testing and any other personally identifiable information without an option is not a "privacy policy" its a "youre giving up all your privacy" sign here. The infuriating part is that they make you pay in advance! Could be months before I see a refund. I abhore large corporate hospital systems with broad brush policies that hamstring patients into thinking yes is the only answer! If more of us said NO theyd have to change. Im going to have to check with my insurance company for another source. This is a HUGE NO for me!!

Kelsey Jenschke I followed Christina from her previous work place because she actually LISTENS to my concerns, she is very thorough and she actually gave me a hug when I needed one the most. I will never go to another Dr. nurses and front staff have always been so kind and helpful too!

Karon Campbell Dr. Sahad is very knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and kind. I’m so very thankful that his office is in San Marcos rather than having to travel to Austin, which I did for many years. As I am not great at doing everything I should such as breathing exercises, walking, etc., I really appreciate the gentle reminders and encouragement, as well as reinforcement. He has really helped with the treatment of my lungs!

Richard Cusson The SMFM Clinic on Redwood Rd is phenomenal. Dr. Polson and his staff are the best in the area. He is caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. If youre in pain, he addresses it directly. His staff does a great job across the board. My wife and I have been very pleased with their supportive demeanor. Highly recommended.
