Theresa Burk I was recently a patient at Carrus. In the door and you are in the best care you can receive. Highly trained personnel from Doctors to technicians. I never saw one that didnt have a smile.

jeannie via Had to go in for my ankle. I thought I just twisted it. Not so lucky. I did manage to fracture a bone in my ankle. The staff was amazing, efficient and so nice. I love the make appointment feature for ER. Takes all the guess work out of how long you will be there.

Robert Stopher Five stars for Kelli Mabey, NP. Saw her for the first time today after seeing Karen Young for almost 20 years. Those are big shoes to fill, but Kelli is filling them nicely! She is so professional, kind, a great listener and truly wants what is best for her patients! I feel so comfortable knowing my health care is in the best hands! Everyone I encountered today, from the receptionist, to the nurse who took my vitals, to Nicole, Kelli’s nurse was exceptional!! Everyone is what you expect in a medical clinic! Teresa Stopher

Kayson Wood didn’t answer any of my phone calls or messages then refused to give me a TB test in a timely manner. receptionist was extremely rude. i hope y’all’s day is awful

Laura Caldwell I had an unfortunate situation I had to deal with and recover in the hospital for 9 days. I was on the 2nd floor and every single person from housekeeping, techs, nurses, the mri tech, Drs., food service asking about food preferences - every* single* person* I encountered, on every single shift, including nights and weekends, for 9 days was so kind and helpful. I did not have one bad experience. It also happened exactly this way a couple years ago when I was there for a similar situation. They were completely amazing and that’s why I chose this hospital again. I can’t say thank you enough for being there for me during one of the worst times of my life. You handled me with such care and every single person deserves a raise. They can’t possibly make enough. Thank you so much.

Opdahl Marshall “Skippy” compared to other hospitals this place is great, its a mental hospital tho so i hated it NOTES -some staff were extremely rude, but only to kids who were violent (eric told some kid he deserved to go back to juvi, i hate you eric) -pillows can be folded in half for more comfort!! -other patients were cool and just like me -food was way better than school food!! also if u dont like it, u can get a pb&j instead so yay! -some staff are so cool and treat you like their your friend, like T!! shes cool :3 -we watcg movies here, yay
