4 /5 Carrie Shevlin: UPDATE: After posting my review, my experience was much, MUCH more positive. My dentist and nurse were incredible-super comforting, professional, and personable. Having a stranger poke around inside your mouth is a bit unnerving, but they made me feel very much at ease. There are two front desk receptionists-the one from my first visit was still very curt and monosyllabic. However, the other receptionist, Brooke, was AMAZING. She was kind, engaging, and hospitable. Her demeanor very much made me feel like a valued patient and customer. Between her, my doctor, and my nurse, Ill be back to Castle Dental as long as I know that they are who Im seeing. I cannot thank them enough for all their help!
THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST OFFICE. I left a message to make an appointment-no one called me back. I drove in to the office since I was having an enormous amount of tooth pain; the receptionist was flippant and dismissive of me when I explained the amount of pain I was in and that I needed to make an appointment. The receptionist was completely unsympathetic and seemed annoyed that I interrupted the paperwork she was pushing for the other two patients who were sitting in the waiting room. This is the latest of horrible such interactions I’ve had with the front desk. The professionals who work in the back are always different-no one stays long enough to develop any rapport with. If there are any savings to be had at Castle Dental, it’s not worth the humiliation of being treated like livestock.
