5 /5 Lucy Gonzalez: I broke down about two miles away from the shop on my way to Houston. I needed to find a shop to get my car towed to and called Certified Auto. Tech was very nice, after about an hour waiting I decided to drive to the shop instead of waiting because it was getting late. I accidentally missed the entrance and my car was still shaking bad. I called the shop again and the tech met me where I was at, looked at the car and said it was safe enough to make it to the shop. He was able to find the issue and did his best to make sure to get my car fixed and back on the road. I was lucky to break down near this shop and have such a nice, caring tech help me. I would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
