5 /5 April Spence: I took my vehicle here for a rear end collision repair. Ended up being the best decision I could have made. I noticed the new paint job instantly! The paint is flawless with no bubbles or blurry spots like I have had in the past with other body shops. Also, I sincerely appreciate Cait for having the patience to communicate on my behalf with the insurance company. She also called me several times throughout the repair to update me on the current process and what to expect in the future. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the repair process, the repair itself, and the communication I received. I value Certified Collision & Glass because they are reliable, friendly, and professional. Thank you

5 /5 Mya Davis: A animal hit my car in the middle of the night they got my car in the next morning and had it fixed within a week and they kept me in the loop on everything that was needing to be done and how much it would cost I love the service there they are such nice people and easy to work with and cheap enough I was able to pay out of pocket instead of going through my insurance they even went as far as to let me know my tire was messed up and about to come off

My decision to take my truck to CC&G was easy to make! This is the second vehicle they have repaired for me! The Owner of this shop is Eric Nichols…. He and his staff are Fantastic! They care about the quality of their work! Taking NO shortcuts, only using OEM parts, getting the work finished correctly and in a timely fashion, is very important to them! Eric’s Crew know what they are doing! They originally proved all this to me when I took my wife’s car to them, which was the first restoration they accomplished for me, AND they have confirmed all this again in restoring my Tacoma….. believe me, you can literally sleep well knowing your vehicle is being properly repaired at Certified Collision! Even his staff at the front desk are top notch! I just don’t believe you will be disappointed with the results of their repair of your vehicle! Should I ever need another collision repair, I will absolutely return to Certified Collision and Glass for the Quality and Professional repair of this shop!
