He communicated well about the process, where he was in the repair, and when to expect completion. He worked hard to get the best quality parts and repairs were taken care of quickly. 5 /5 Deb-D Young: Chris knows his stuff. He has been my mechanic for over 10 yrs. I travel a lot and put lots of miles on my vehicles. I am a stickler on keeping my vehicle in top shape. I drive Suburbans and this is the second one I have put over 370,000 miles on. Without a good mechanic they wouldnt last that long.
