1 /5 J L: Called ahead to see if this shop would install new OEM calipers I just ordered online along with new pads and perform a full brake line flush since I couldnt find time in my schedule to do on my own. Discussed the 20% off coupon I received in the mail and if this would be honored. Was told yes, absolutely and to bring by the vehicle and coupon and parts in whenever convenient. Brought the vehicle to them the following day. Was told then that they would not honor the coupon once I was in the store but would honor 7% military discount. Asked why they would honor one but not the other other and they said it was because I had my own parts despite agreeing there would be no warranty before hand. So honor the smaller discount but not the larger discount. Doesnt make sense. Only reason I was in the store was because of conversation before hand. Cant trust this business to be honorable as they lied to me over the phone and knew exactly what parts I had and what service was being performed. Total waste of my time. Consider businesses that dont go back on their word. Dont be fooled by their mailed coupons as they likely wont honor them. Good luck at finding a legitimate auto repair business and better luck if you decide to settle with their service. Update a week or so later. Company replied stating they should strive to communicate better and to contact them via email in order to discuss the situation. Thought I would at least see what they had to say and possibly give them a second chance if they acted professionally and honestly. Havent heard back so it seems the standard reply to a negative review is to make others seeing the complaints online think they are willing to make the situation right. So dishonest and unprofessional, please do your research and I hope you dont get burned and scammed.

2 /5 Mike Pacelli: The good and bad: had diagnostic for a "check engine" light @$139. Thorough job diagnosing that rodent damage had disabled an engine function but truck was perfectly drivable. Was presented with a written estimate for more than $1,000 but was refused a copy of the estimate to take with me. A subsequent email from them promised the estimate would be emailed to me but never arrived. Sorry, regardless if they are the best mechanics in town, they just lost a $1,000+ repair job.

1 /5 WILLIE: Please be aware that this place has done great harm to my pocket, at least $1000. I took my vehicle to them a few months ago. I went out of state and the problem that I paid them to fix started again. I had to pay again to have the same thing fixed. When I got back in town, I explained what happen and showed my receipts and provided contact information to the dealership that provided the service - they refused to make it right. In other words, they did not honor the work that was done to my car.This is my experience with this place. I am a Christian and I felt comfort doing business with them because of their name. Dont make the same mistake that I made. I will provide more information later.

5 /5 Edgar Lopez: Had to have car towed in just after closing. Tiffany contacted me first thing in the morning to inform me they were looking at vehicle. Received report quickly and as always, car repairs were done in no time. Thank you Christian Brothers for your fine service. Highly recommend for car repairs.

1 /5 80lisamg: Horrible! Extremely unprofessional. I went to Christian Brothers to have my radiator replaced on June 19th at 5PM. Well they called my the very next day that it was ready and good to go. July 3rd comes and boom my truck overheated on me. I took it back in and they informed me the next morning that my truck was ready and it just needed to be "burped" and that they checked everything and it was good. Well just six days later (July 9th) my truck overheats and I can smell coolant. It was 8PM so I had to get it towed to my house. I called the Christian brothers this morning and asked for the manager. Well he gets on the phone and is already sounding defensive stating he was going to send a tow truck but if it wasnt on their end I would be responsible for paying. I asked him how much would that be and he almost snickered like I was stupid and stated "I dont know". Well he called me and tells me that the problem is from my radiator hose and that it is not covered. I ask him to explain to me how that wasnt covered by them if they replaced my radiator and it required them to touch the hoses. I also ask him how just a couple of days ago they informed me the issue was resolved and that everything else was fine. During this time that I am talking to him he proceeded to talk over me so at that point I told him I would no longer be speaking with him since he continued to talk over me. He stated " because I have already explained to you the issue". At this point I am furious because all he has explained is that I would have to pay for something I have already paid for and have warranty on? I ask to speak to a supervisor and he then gets louder and says he is the supervisor. I asked how is he the supervisor when he told me he was the manager? He then stated he has no supervisor. I ask him who was his superior and he states "The owner" so I ask for the number and he said "no" he would not provide me with the number. I asked him so you are refusing and he stated "yes". I then asked for pictures of my vehicle before and after they did the work from the other times I had my vehicle their and he stated they dont have pictures. I requested copies of everything they had regarding my vehicle and he sent nothing. I will NEVER recommend this place let alone go back for any automotive needs. I will also be taking legal action if necessary.
