5 /5 Corie Grace: A Safe Place in the Middle of Chaos — Thank You, Jeff & Jaymee
On June 30th, my truck broke down right in front of a customer’s house — one of the most emotionally overwhelming moments I’ve ever had. I was in tears, unsure what to do next, and when I called another shop for help, they literally hung up on me.
But then I called Christian Brothers Automotive, and Jeff picked up the phone. I was crying, anxious, and vulnerable — but he didn’t flinch. He responded with compassion and care, and even arranged for a tow truck to pick up my vehicle at no charge. In that moment, he gave me not just help, but hope.
Since then, Jeff, Jaymee, and the entire team have shown me nothing but kindness, grace, and support — not just as a customer, but as a human being. Theyve made countless accommodations for me during an incredibly hard season of my life, sometimes even cutting costs in half or waiving them altogether. I’ve cried in their lobby, and they’ve always created a space that felt safe and understanding — and never once judged me for being overwhelmed.
I’m an outside sales rep. My livelihood depends on being able to show up, be present, and serve others. That day, after Jeff helped me get my truck to the shop, I dried my tears, walked into my appointment, and closed my fifth sale. That might sound like a small win — but for me, it was a breakthrough moment that reminded me just how strong I am. And I wouldn’t have been able to pull that off without Christian Brothers being the steady anchor I needed.
If youre looking for more than just car repair — if you want to be treated with humanity, honesty, and heart — go to Christian Brothers. People like Jeff and Jaymee are the reason I’ll never take my vehicle anywhere else.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
