5 /5 Benjamin Griesel: I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive! Ive had them do a full engine swap and also had them do a full brake change and both times they took great care of me. Jean-Paul was able to help diagnose and take care of any problems I had. He was very clear and knowledgeable and helped explain exactly what the problem was and was able to give me a fair price. Compared to my experiences with other mechanics in the area, coming to CBA has been a night and day difference and I will definitely be returning if other issues need to be fixed!

1 /5 Terrance Lattimore: Last month i had my car serviced repair. To just add my install my alternator belt. Never had any issues withe vehicle), next day my start doesnt work, and main computer module is not working, and they lift part of my car in back on my seat, and my main electric module unscrewed lose under my dashboard The front desk lady was rude and Manger, and sale rep was as well. There is no doubt my care was not repaired correctly. It pasted together in order to make more money. Started off cost $500 dollar end cost $ 1,300. Plus, they tried to add another 1,330 for additional repairs. Will not recommend the Pearland location. High disappointed.

5 /5 Whit: I chose Christian Brothers because I used to deliver parts to a further location and appreciated how organized and clean they appeared to be. So this location is 6 minutes from home. I needed to see if an issue I was having was covered by my extended warranty which I’ve never had before. This was the closest shop with the best reviews. When you walk in, very professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I interacted with was kind and easy to talk to. The waiting room is clean and cooled. They also had refreshments. I already felt confident leaving my car in their hands just walking in the door. Eric was my advisor and he walked me through the warranty claim process on their end. Made the appropriate calls and got my claim started. Eric was very patient and clearly explained all that was going on with my car. He reassured me the car was in pretty good condition which really put me at ease with my recent trade in. They do a thorough diagnostic with video and photos. They also have a shuttle which really saved me a lot of money on ride share! I heard horrible stories about my warranty company so I was surprised at how smooth the entire process went. I went in kind of late on a Friday (closed weekends) and they got my car diagnosed and authorized to do the repair by the end of the day. I dropped my car off Monday and they shuttled me to work. They finished with the repair in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. I was able to pay online and arrange for a pickup that worked best for me. I picked my car up and ‘disappointment’ escaped me because I was too busy skrt skrt-ing smoothly up the road! It truly drives like a new car. I have absolutely ZERO complaints with any part of my experience at Christian Bros Pearland! I do intend to return in the future. I am THOROUGHLY pleased and I highly recommend yall go here! THEY ARE AWESOME!
