5 /5 Vanessa Herrera: I usually don’t leave reviews but I received such awesome customer service today and every time I visit that I feel the least I could do is share my experience. I’ve been to Christian Brother’s a couple times for inspections and they’ve always been extremely helpful, kind and quick. Today I came in because my splash shield was hanging off and I needed them to remove it. While I was in the office I was listening to them speak with a couple customers about how their transport shuttle was down, but that they will send an uber in order to still get the customer to where they need to go. That was the first display of outstanding customer service I saw — most car shops do not go to this extent to keep their promise to customers and I thought that was awesome that they still made provisions to have the customer not waiting for hours. Then, after my splash shield was taken off I asked what the cost was and they said no charge. I really do believe that this organization’s model focuses on customer service, knowing that by offering good customer service and quality work they will keep people coming back. After what I saw and experienced today, Christian Brother’s has a repeat customer out of me. Sure they could have charged me for the labor they did, but they didn’t, and that alone tells me that this isn’t an organization who nickels and dimes their customers.
