5 /5 97 Pompey (Pompey97): This place deserves a 5 star. Receptionists were great to deal with and super friendly, even when dealing with rude patients. I had my first ever surgery here yesterday and I was very anxious. The surgical outpatient staff here are in incredible, they’re friendly, helpful, professional and know how to calm you down. They made the experience better than I had hoped in this situation. All staff from phlebotomists, RN’s, Drs and everyone in between were always in great spirits. Which made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Smith did my surgery he was great.

5 /5 Rhonda Sorensen: If I could give this place 100 stars I would.. I had surgery today 02/26/2019, they took such great care of me and my needs, emotionally, mentally, and physically. I have bad panic and anxiety attacks, and unlike a lot of hospitals around they took me serious, and made me feel so much better about the entire operation. My Surgeon Dr Kresta is just amazing, very polite with great bedside manners, shes a great surgeon. My Nurse Brenda was outstanding and was very supportive and helpful. My OR nurse Regina was awesome, she kept reassuring me and letting me know I was ok. The anesthesiologist was the BEST, theres no 1 out there who could ever compare to her. She kept me calm, and comfortable the entire time.. She was so polite, kind, caring, and just amazing!! I had the best experience today, if I ever have to have another surgery again Id definitely come back here!!!
