5 /5 Maria Pallais: I recently visited Chris’s shop after making my own repairs and encountering a dash full of trouble lights. Despite being extremely busy, Chris was kind enough to stop what he was doing, take the time to look at my vehicle, and connect the diagnostic computer to it. He quickly diagnosed the issue, suggesting that the new part I installed might have a faulty sensor and recommended reinstalling the original sensor. Although he couldn’t perform the repair himself due to having many other cars ahead of mine, his advice was spot on. I went home, replaced the sensor as he suggested, and all the warning lights on my dashboard went away. Chris’s expertise and willingness to help, even when busy, were greatly appreciated. He’s gained a new customer for life. Highly recommend!

4 /5 Lori Campos-Bautista: I have always used this repair shop. I have always trusted without question. Sometimes I wait a month for the appointment but well worth it, because I know that the day it goes in, the problem is solved and in a very timely manner like the same day no more than one day. Mr. Smith is the owner and has always been reliable. He has sadly retired but well deserved. I have issues my car making a crazy noise and air stopping for short period of time. It took about a month for appt. Chris, Mr. Smith son took my information and appt and Darryl did the work . He is experienced mechanic from Soechting motors. I picked up car after day in a half and reported problem was radiator. Confidently left. Unfortunately, for the 1st, my car, still had same problem still going on,and my car failed to start twice (I have not an issue with that), almost left me stranded at work and in San Antonio. Ruled out battery, still had plenty charge, cleaned coils out and so far car starting no issue. I called and will take it back end of July. Hopefully this is a one time incident and hopefully did not needlessly get a new radiator. Just a transition, and Will still give them another chance.
