Since Texas requires both front and back license plates, I needed help installing the front plate bracket. Josh assisted me right away without hesitation and went the extra mile to make sure the front plate was properly installed. 2 /5 Libby Wall: Had an appointment at 11:30. 30 minutes later and my car was finally pulled back after I went to ask about it. Ridiculous wait time for an oil change. This used to be a pretty fast option when I first purchased my car but service has really gone downhill. The advisors are friendly and professional but the appointment scheduling needs some work.

3 /5 Sara Clyde: First off I want to say I love my Nissan and the service people are friendly. Not exactly helpful though, got an oil change and rotation today. I walked into the service door immediately greeted asked what I needed done took my keys. I didn’t read any signs because I was immediately helped. Well apparently coupons have to be said at the beginning because they can’t change the paperwork. I dont understand why it wouldn’t be a simple fix. I’m disappointed I had to pay $130 for an oil change when the coupon was for half that price. I just feel every time I go here I leave disappointed. I may have to find another Nissan dealership.
