Rachel Pautzke Grayson was professional, friendly and kind. I needed my alternator replaced and he made sure that was the problem before getting to work. He noticed my belt was not sitting correctly & made sure to correct it & have it run before I left keeping me safe. He even showed me what he replaced and a belt I will need to replace in the future. He worked efficiently, allowed me to ask questions and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend his shop!

Mr. Martinez UPDATE (05/06/25): Here is my most recent review, since I can’t add another review I am revising this previous one I had posted. Where to even begin, Mario has been nothing but truly professional along side with his wife and son. I have a 2019 Landrover discovery sport 2.0L that needed an alternator replaced I had all the parts already, I called another mechanic that was cool but. Could not do the work because of how intense it would be complicated in other words. I called another shop that was referred to me only to never get a call back, called another shop that wanted way way more than I could afford. I was giving up hope and as I’m looking to see who eles I can reach out to, I see this company and I gave Mario a late night text due to me working and right away he replied back and as busy as he was he still found time for me to come in. I ended up coming Monday (5/5/25) a day early to drop off car since I knew it wouldn’t be worked on until Tuesday as we agreed and I had to work today Tuesday not expecting to pick it up until Wednesday or at the end of the week. Well as soon as I arrived Mario introduced himself, actually took the time to sit with me and explain the logistics on how they work and how his view on cars in general are viewed as one not as the type of car it is!! Not only did Mario explain to me what the process would be but what to potentially expect on a worse case scenario as well, he was upfront with everything, labor, cost, difficulty level ect.. He even took the time yesterday (Monday)same day I was just dropping off the car so he could get started on it Tuesday but instead he began on it that same day which blew me away, I was pretty excited about this but nervous at the same time because the type of car it is, very needy. Anyways he even went out of his way to text me later that day to confirm with me like we spoke about in person that it will be a little more due to the complications of the vehicle itself in which I was very understanding. I was completely understanding of it and especially after they tried everything they could before having to resort to this. I know he’s being honest because I myself couldn’t even do the work and hearing it from a handful of mechanics that wouldn’t touch it or where going to charge way to much!! Mario had my car ready early this morning (05/06/25) to my surprise and everything working brand new again, his wife was just as awesome, sweet, and friendly when paying got the services she was just as informative as Mario! **** I CAN HONESTLY SAY I FOUND MY TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC!! *** ***Just to be straightforward I have no connections to Mario or his family, this was my first time doing Buisness with him, and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did ! I will definitely be a repeat customer if anything comes up or if anyone is looking for someone they can trust !! *** ***So I don’t understand all the negative comments he has received previously because I had a whole different experience and I wouldn’t be wasting my time writing this review or my reputation or more importantly Mario’s reputation and his family!! I will make sure to recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, hardworking, truthful, very fair priced mechanic!*** *****Thank you again Mario to you and your family for the great experience and for getting my car working 100% again when nobody eles would touch it or over charge !! God bless y’all and I will make sure to recommend you to anyone that needs work on there car.***** ( Previous Post:8 months ago) Mr. Mario was very responsive, respectful and took time out of his day to speak to me over the phone about the issues that maybe going on with my vehicle as well as advised me on needing to further look into my vehicle to diagnose what is going on. Overall I would recommend him!

Viviana Castanon Took my vehicle in for AC repair. I have used their services before and been very satisfied. The whole staff is friendly, professional & provide excellent customer service. Took my car in late in the day so i did have to leave it overnight but Mr. Pedro did an amazing job of updating me on the process & even text pictures of the work being done!! Job was done early next morning & AC is working great!! I would highly recommend these guys, they do EXCELLENT work!

adrian edwards Fuel pump control module went out and left my wife stranded in the middle of the road. Called Dubs early that morning a few minutes before they opened. They were able to dispatch a wrecker to pickup the car within an hour. Was told they were busy and would need to work us in. I was expecting a few days or more to get it fixed. Their team was able to work it in and diagnose the issue by COB same day and by the next morning we had the vehicle back. Bill has always been a very dependable shop that has some of the best service technicians in Corpus Christi. Thanks for the fast service and getting my wife her car back.

Sabrina Williams Im very pleased with the service I received. My fuel pump burned out and the mechanic worked with me, took me every step of the way and explained to me everything he was doing. He told me honest and fair prices about the parts and he found them for better pricing then buying outright the parts from the dealership themselves. They even accepted taking a part if we gave it to them to do our car and not many mechanics do that and like to take as much money as they can out of you. The day right after they received the part, the next day my vehicle was fixed! But it was an easy fix so everyones vehicle may have a different story. They are out there and not easy to find, but I always think the best mechanics are! Thank you so much for your honest service and always answering calls and staying in contact with me, some mechanics you have to call to see what status your car is at! I really appreciate everything and will be coming back if ever my vehicle needs servicing! Edit: The next day my car stopped working and I tried to jump start it without any luck. I called the owner and he offered to come out free of charge! He came and looked at my battery and readjusted it. I didnt use my vehicle for near a month and he figured out the battery has been misplaced. He didnt charge me anything and didnt ask for anything in return. Ive never had a mechanic work so well with me and make me feel secure I know my vehicle is in good hands. I cant thank this place enough!

Angela Chaudoin Weve taken two vehicles to them now. A Fiat 500 and a Nissan Titan. Great work, good customer service, fair price. We recommend them. Id given them another 5 star review if I could.

Andrea Ramirez I would highly recommend this company. I didn’t know what I was going to do because my mobile pet grooming trailer needed the lights fixed and I had work for the rest of the week. He was able to fit me in the owner and the technician were very nice And explained what I needed. You can tell the owner really loves his company and customers. I’m definitely going to be coming back in referring everybody. Very reasonably priced as well!

Jamie Jennings The Mechanic Shop did a great job repairing our 2010 explorer!! Lester was able to get it repaired within a couple days of our contacting him. We are from out of town and needed our vehicle quickly. He really came through!! Thank you!!

Terri Staniszewski Trey is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received at Precision Performance. We went for AC repair and some additional repairs. Trey took the time by informing us about the price of what it would cost, parts and labor. I just went online saw all the 5⭐️ and said this is the place. The other mechanic (my apologies didn’t get his name) was very professional as well and he also worked on our truck. We will definitely be returning for future work on our vehicles. We highly recommend Precison Performance!

Alfredo Gutierrez Extremely helpful, desperately needed a repair and the gentleman offered his services free of charge. Definitely recommend.
