5 /5 Janie Renaud: My husband and I absolutely love the staff at corridor primary care! From the ladies at the front, the nurses and Drs; they are all so welcoming and in great spirits every time we visit. Dr Hartman is the best choice there is when it comes to care for your little ones. She takes every concern seriously and is a joy to visit with. This facility has been the best choice for us with our new born.

5 /5 Kristen Burney: We love Dr Hartman & her staff! My one year old has seen her since birth. Dr Hartman is so kind, always listens, & doesn’t rush through our appointments. We never have had an extended wait time for our appointment. The front desk staff is also always very helpful & polite.

5 /5 M A: Dr. Dupre has been our daughter’s pediatrician as soon as she was able to leave the NICU as a premie and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is proactive, empathetic, caring and has excellent bedside manners. It’s been over 7 years now and we now happily drive more than an hour in order to maintain Dr. Dupre as our daughter’s primary, despite having several highly rated pediatric offices less than 20 minutes from our home. Although it must be exhausting seeing little humans every day, Dr. Dupre always has a welcoming smile on her face and a concise memory that we are always impressed with. We never feel as if our daughter is another patient but rather we know Dr. Dupre knows her medical history inside and out. She is a wonderful provider and we cannot ask for anything more. The front office staff was extremely welcoming and the medical support staff did a wonderful job obtaining the preliminary medical information (stats, vision, hearing, etc.). My husband and I have been staunch supporters of Corridor Pediatrics because of Dr. Dupre and her excellent care. Our daughter loves coming to see Dr. Dupre and we do too! M. Allbritton

1 /5 Guillermina Castellanos: This esteemed clinic boasts exceptional doctors per recommendations, but my introductory phone call was disappointing. When inquiring on new patient acceptance, insurance coverage was cited as the determining factor. Upon elaborating on my daughter having a primary insurance that is paid for (blue cross blue shield) and with Medicaid serving as temporary secondary coverage, the representative promptly invoked office policy to justify non-acceptance without even hearing out her primary insurance. I stressed the primacy of her primary insurance, only to encounter resistance. Subsequently, the representative agreed to proceed, cautioning that insurance deemed unacceptable would result in declination. The exchange suggested a bias toward declination based on secondary insurance, which was troubling given the representatives demeanor. Please train your staff how to better handle these calls as reflects on what to expect from the rest of the staff!!!
