Rayven Cortez Jesse is the guy my window stopped working for whatever reason and he explained what he was doing and why and he didn’t give any excuse just got to work checked fuses and wiring and connections and at the end of the day he got it working again. Very nice, very honest. And that’s cause I’m biased thinking every mechanic is sketchy but. He is good

Mike P IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER!! I have a 5.4 3v F-150 took it in for timing set swap, and when I called JR he took his time talking to me and making me feel confident he’s is the right mechanic for the job! (~ $1,100 in parts alone I better trust the mechanic before I take it in!) So I said let’s do it! He told me to bring it in next week because he was packed with other cars and let me tell you he was worth the WAIT!! I told him to send me pictures of the inside of the engine to see wear and tear and he did! I told him to keep the box’s of the used parts ..he did! I told him to keep me updated with more pics after..he did! The guy even went above and beyond by cleaning and painting my valve covers and engine front face!?!?? Who the hell ever did that for a customer?? I didn’t even ask for that but he did it! 5 stars brotha hands down!! He has all the experience and tools don’t question it and go with your friends cousin that charges less, get it done right the first time!

Walterio Ostos I agree with Chris, they have to be competitors. I been going to NA with my Suburban and the Audi Q7 of my wife, and its an excelent service. I had recommended to a couple of friends and they are very happy with the service that they recived, NA is the BEST in the valley, no question about it, try it, you will see the difference in Service and Price, simply the BEST!!!!!!!

Rigoberto Leal Ive been to other mechanics and seen women get taken advantage of because they know little about cars. These guys are very respectful and help everyone alike. They dont look at making a quick buck they strive for Making a positive experience and strong recommendation for your friends and family. If Juvenal cant fix it he will get you to someone that will. I know for a fact he doesnt do alignments but he can replace the parts that are bad and recommend you to a reliable place to do the alignment after he replaces the parts that are worn out, Which will save you money. The first choice to go for proper diagnosis. Strongly recommend to come by instead of calling.

Javi C After I made the mistake of taking my jaguar to Jesse’s radiator shop in San Juan. I brought it here to have it looked at since the check engine light turned on after a week of getting the vehicle back. Premium Automotive services checked out my vehicle and gave me a quote for the services that my vehicle was in dire need for and service that could wait. Yes the service was a little more expensive than tan a mom and pop place, but it was considerably cheaper than going to the dealership because I’ve owned my car for 10 years already and have paid quite a bit of money to the dealership over that period of time. For example my belt was replaced by them and it was about half of what I paid in the past to the dealership. I also like the fact that they offer nationwide warranty on replacement of certain things. Btw this is the second place outside of the dealership I’ve ever had work on my car and I will continue to come here so long as I own this vehicle
