4 /5 Glenn Johnson: Daughter was in a car accident and Cortez was recommended to us. They did very good work and very quick turnaround. They would’ve gotten 5 stars but went to get the car and pay the deductible with a credit card but they charge a 3% convenience fee…$30 on $1,000 seems a bit excessive to me. So I had to go back home to get my check book.
