Shawn is so in tune to the customer and taking care of things in a fair and honest manner. He was awesome at communication, explaining everything, prompt, hard working, honest and saved me money in areas on our RV where it could be done. His worker, Jeremy, was also the same way. They were both so kind and helpful and did excellent work for a very reasonable price. They traveled to our home to repair our RV and getting everything on my list finished! I highly recommend their services.

5 /5 kristi williams: I truly feel like God led me to Shawn. I took my Rv to Bayler Toliver Rv to have a fridge installed, and it was the worst experience of my life. They left me with a trashed Rv and a brand new fridge that didnt work. After reaching out to them and getting no response, I finally found Shawn. I reached out to see if he could figure out what was wrong with my fridge, and he did. The fridge was installed incorrectly by Baylor Toliver Rv. We were on a time crunch due to needing our RV for a trip to California. Shawn was very quick to diagnose the issue and get it fixed for us. He communicated with me all the time, letting me know what steps needed to be taken and how he was going to fix it. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for someone who works on RVs. If you are looking for someone who is honest, has integrity, and believes in quality over quantity, Shawn is your man.
