5 /5 Chillbot: We recently moved to Pearland, TX with our pampered 330i wagon. This car is our baby, and we don’t take chances when it comes to maintenance or repairs. When the "Check Brake" light came on shortly after the move, we were naturally concerned. We reached out to Cruz-N-Carz on a Sunday, and to our surprise, they got us in the very next day, Monday. I walked in at 8:10 AM and the staff was having their daily stand-up. My first impression was that these guys really have their act together, so I was immediately at ease.
From start to finish, the experience was a slam dunk. We usually dont jump at the first shop we find, but after reading some reviews on Google, we felt confident enough to give them a shot. We’re so glad we did.
They are well staffed and theyre personnel is phenomenal. They run a tight, professional operation and clearly know what they’re doing. Not only did they walk us through the issue, they also removed and showed us the affected parts. Their system for customer communication is outstanding, and it tracks everything, sends updates, includes photos, and keeps you fully informed about costs and status.
It’s a relief to know we’ve found a trusted mechanic here in the Houston area. I can’t recommend Cruz-N-Carz enough. Honest, thorough, and highly professional.
