Not only did they diagnosed it fast, but they replaced the part and had it back to me so quick. And with great communication throughout. Ethan is the consummate professional thinking of everything to make my experience smooth and pleasant. His crew is very capable and my car is running well. Recently I dropped in with a coolant leak and they were able to fit me in right then and address it. Ethan kindly drove me to get a rental car and even waited while I got my car. Im thrilled and relieved to have found a quality auto repair shop so I dont have to rely so heavily on Crest dealership. I had my 2-year-old grandson with me, and the way they went above and beyond to accommodate him truly touched me. They had coloring books, crayons, and even gave him a Hot Wheels car!
