LoLee M Ive taken my Volvo S60 sedan to be serviced at Taylor twice and I am very pleased with the work! Ethan is the consummate professional thinking of everything to make my experience smooth and pleasant. His crew is very capable and my car is running well. Recently I dropped in with a coolant leak and they were able to fit me in right then and address it. Ethan kindly drove me to get a rental car and even waited while I got my car. Im thrilled and relieved to have found a quality auto repair shop so I dont have to rely so heavily on Crest dealership. Steven Purdy Richard has always been straightforward and honest with any of our vehicles needing or not needing service. We just had our timing chain serviced...having that peace of mind that we wont have to worry about it for another 200K is a great feeling. While they were in there, he also replaced the water pump, oil and filter along with brakes serviced as well. Truck feels great...very happy with their service.
