5 /5 N: Any time one of our familys vehicles needs work, we know its time to call Lindy. For years, he has taken care of our vehicles with honest, straightforward service and pressure free quotes. Recently, my cars AC had gone out and though I thought it was the compressor, I wanted some other opinions on it. I took it to Pep Boys where I live in Irving and they thought it was electrical, then I took it to an auto electrician and they said it was the compressor and would be about $2,000 to fix. When I called Daltons for a repair quote , they hunted for affordable aftermarket parts, but could only find quality parts from the dealer and still quoted me $1,100, over $900 less than the other guy. I wanted to be doubly sure that it actually was the compressor and asked if I could drop the car off and have Lindy look at it. He said I could drop it off the next day and hed look at it and sure enough he was able to look it over and verify that it was indeed the compressor and get back with me in time to pick it up the same day. I went back after they closed to get it and the car was waiting there ready for me to pick it up, free of charge. I am SO grateful to have an honest, helpful mechanic like Lindy Dalton to take care of my vehicle and as soon as I decide that I cant live without AC, Ill be right back to Daltons Foreign Car Services to get it fixed. 5 /5 Freddie Garrison: Great mechanic and despite what some people say. The problem is with the people. Not Dalton. Some people act like little children if they have things their way. I first went to Mr. Dalton 12 years ago and he runs a one man shop and does not have time for peoples non-sence. He told me he was appointment only and I respected that. He is a fantastic mechanic. Hes even did a few things for me at no cost as long as you respect his wishes on his work ethics hes the nicest guy you will ever meet. If you go in there huffing and puffing and expecting him to jump right on your car you might get a little bitter rude because he has policies that he goes by and by being a single mechanic he does a job one at the time and he does it right. 12 years and I have no complaints about this man I have never had an issue with any work that hes ever done to my car and I will never take my car to anybody else. You just need to respect the man and not go in there like a little baby with your car wanting to jump line.

5 /5 John Quinn: Very busy shop and Lindy is on top of every repair. Im sad to see the bad reviews of some who relate a busy shop to an uncaring owner. His technical abilities are top notch and christian ethic is intact. I too wish he could drop everything when I need a repair quickly, but I always know when he can get to it (in the order it arrived) he will, and once parts are in he will do his best to get it back to me for a reasonable cost. Best shop Ive ever been to and am sad on the rare occasion when they say they dont have the right equipment to repair it, and send me back to the dealer.
