5 /5 Coco Ledesma: After reading some reviews I had to think of how I wanted to write my review. As a customer we, I always expect the best. But unfortunately is not that way always. Why? Because where there is more that one person involved amd different responsibilities is hard to expect 100% satisfaction. My experience this time at This dealership was exceptional. Before calling this dealership I got an almost $900 quote for the same exact tires. I called Tristan and he got me a GREAT deal, so yes I was taken care. Now we now days are in a rush to get everything with in minutes, but I rather have some spend time on my vehicle fixing it and be safe on the road, than rush them and not be sure that I will be safe on the road. Thank you I will be going back.

5 /5 Joel Hall: Brian was great! He greeted us with a smile, went over the repair procedures, and gave us an estimate on the time that it would take. He would periodically communicate with us on where the repairs were and would either let us know through text or in person what we could expect. 5 /5 Sarah Perryman: Excellent service! This may be my new Honda place. I usually go to Honda in McKinney, but they did not have any same-day appointments. I called this place at 9 AM and they got me in at 10:15. They gave me the service I requested and also washed my car. Coffee available during wait. large waiting area and also a kids play area

1 /5 Chandra Gorantla: I had very bad experience at David McDavid Honda service last week. I left my 2022 CRV for oil change in the morning at 8 am and picked up at 4 pm. It was my first visit. During their possession, windshield glass cracked all the way from one end to other end in L shaped. I asked them to investigate how that happened at the dealership facility. Service advisor was nice and he reported to service manager to help on the issue. Service Manager Stephen Bowen looked at and denied saying that it was already there and they don’t have anything to do with it. After I explained him it was not there when I dropped car in the morning and reviewed carefully to locate a hit marks at the crack line and asked him to review videos of their cameras to check if wiper metal was hit during wiper inspection as they recommended replacing wipers before concluding it as crack look new. He said stone hit happened before and it cracked during car wash without reviewing cameras. I agree to that theory if that is true. I asked him to give me an incident report for further tracking. He agreed to write a detailed incident report and send me in email later that day. He also agreed to review the videos next day to confirm stone hit marks before the service . I did not receive the email with incident report and no further communication to me. I called next day, I sent text message to his cell phone number on his business card but no response. I would have expected at least incident report. I would never trust these people. It’s a small thing and may cost me only $700 to replace which is not a big deal but I felt very sad due to the way he responded to me. I am contacting attorney to file a case just because of the way they treated me.
