5 /5 Laura Fenton: Our ford escape was misfiring. And they had the exact coil we needed in stock. Not only that, but the man (dont remember his name, sorry!) went out of his way to help us replace the coil and a spark plug right there. Great job!

Also in helping the customer understand what is going on with their vehicle,and what its going to take to fix it. This might be the most important part.
