5 /5 BJ Shifflett: Going 75 mph north on I-45 your car starts marking a horrible noise so you pull over take a look and then try to find somewhere close to fix it. My problem was minor just a loose plastic cover under the vehicle. Where I really got lucky was Eddies. Local folks already know, there where plenty of regulars there, for a guy from Houston this was like winning the auto breakdown lottery. Happy professional folks with the wisdom you only find in the country solved my problem quickly, I would have just been happy removing the cover and stopping that dreadful racket. So on Christmas Eve Eve, I got a broken car fixed quickly at a reasonable price by friendly folks that I would be proud to call kin. You have to love Texas outside the big cities.
