The repair process was smooth and professional, the prices were fair, and the customer service was outstanding. The owner, Mehmethan, was very kind and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality, affordable, and honest auto repair work!

5 /5 Naiima Teal: they were so nice. I called 30 minutes before closing on my way home from work because a pothole loosened a bolt underneath my car and it was hanging. They got me in so fast and I had my baby with me. They let me sit inside with the ac. They made me feel so comfortable. They offered me drinks and they only charged me $40 and it took less than an hour to get fixed. I recommend them 100% I would give them 10 stars if I could.

He is very knowledgeable and works on imports which, I happen to have. The turn around time was as discussed. Best mechanic shop ever!

The owner (Mehmet Usta) is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He takes the time to explain exactly whats wrong with your car and why the repairs are necessary, all in a way thats easy to understand. Hes honest, reliable, and truly cares about getting your car running safely and smoothly. Not to mention, his prices are amazing! I cant recommend Edessa Auto Repair enough - theyve earned my trust completely, and I know theyll take excellent care of you too.
