Their communication throughout the process was perfect. Multiple people there educated me about different aspects of the claim process & repairs that I did not previously know. I greatly appreciate anytime a business offers insights into their specialty. Also..... A picture is worth 1000 words. Pictured below is what I saw when I sat down in my drivers seat at pickup.

5 /5 C Hunt: 10/10 shop. I had to get my ENTIRE car done from hail damage and the staff at E&E are absolutely phenomenal. Brooke had to call so many places since Toyota had a shortage of parts but man her communication with me was superb! guys at the shop were all nice too. This is a wonderful establishment and I highly recommend ANY of your collision or body work to be done here. Thank you for showing how businesses should communicate and set the standard on how I want to be treated as a customer. 10 out of 10!!

5 /5 Jim & Vivian Rush: These folks are the nicest, most helpful guys Ive run into for a long time. They also know their stuff. I had kind of an emergency with part of my front fender hanging off and needing to take a trip tomorrow 2 hrs away. This was right before their closing time. They got it back on and made sure I was safe for my trip. I truly appreciate their expertise and caring.

I have been working with them for the last 3 weeks as they repair my pickup truck which was damaged in a collision. I have been blown away by the level of customer service.
