5 /5 Christopher Bosco: Couldnt be happier with these folks! I was out of town and broke down in Tyler. I managed to get my ford e350 van to them based on their excellent reviews, and I quickly understood why they are so highly rated. What was wrong with my truck was pretty serious, but Gerry knew what needed to be done and assured me they could do it. They were pretty backed up but they said they could get it done in two days. As it turned out they had a cancelation and were able to get my truck done the next day and get me back on my way. Having owned a repair shop myself for 25 years, I knew what they had to do, and I appreciate their professionalism and fair treatment of me in my compromised position. Some would have taken advantage of someone stranded 1600 miles from home, but they did not. They did the work professionally, quickly, and charged only what it was worth. I can hardily endorse them and hope anyone in the Tyler area will make them their shop.

They took care of me and kept me updated and informed every step of the way. They took care of every aspect of the process (speaking to the warranty company and sourcing the parts that were needing to be replaced) They were thorough with their diagnosis, and quick to repair the issues. If you are looking for trustworthy, quality mechanics then this is your place.
