5 /5 Joseph Biberstein: Exceptionally Professional Care! My visit came when the ER was very, very busy! I was in the ER for about 4-5 hours and in a place where I could observe their operations and procedures first hand. I was quite impressed by the exceptional care and respect the entire staff showed every patient and each other. My injury required attention but the triage process was very professional and well done and I knew where I stood and was kept informed the entire time by the staff. It is a comfort to know that we have such a professional and caring ER so close to home!

5 /5 Julie Gerardi: Difficult to find entrance to ER, felt like driving down a back alley. Bigger signs would help with locating the ER, especially at night. Checked in, CT scan, discharged within 2 hours. Very efficient. Staff was courteous and kept me informed of procedures.

The Nurse assigned to me, Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in the process; ensuring I was able to get the best possible treatment; she put me at ease and helped my anxiety level during my examination. Their recommendation to seek treatment with my Cardiologist was direct and caring.
