I love seeing how well they interact with each other and the front desk staff—it really shows they work as a team. This was my second time bringing in my 2017 Ford Explorer, and they recently worked on the transmission. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and takes the time to listen without making you feel clueless. I truly appreciate how concerned they are about getting things right. This will definitely be my new spot for everything—oil changes, inspections, repairs—you name it. Highly recommended!

The turnaround time was incredibly quick, and they got my car back to me faster than I expected. The staff was highly professional and made the whole process seamless, even arranging Uber rides for me to and from the shop while I was at work. I recently went to Eric Car Care as I was having problems with my ABS and Stillrank lights stayed on. I had already taken it to four different shops, no one could figure out what was causing the light to stay on. My daughter searched and called Eric Car Care, and he said to bring it in. Anthony and Pete call and told me step by step what needed to be done to get ABS light out. All of the team is very friendly and professional.
