5 /5 Brooke Blomquist: Amazing experience! I was greeted with a menu for nail/spa services and drink menu. Super great pricing. Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Every time I come back to Austin I will come back to this nail salon. Service, cleanliness and technique are top notch.

1 /5 Reneé Taylor: I came in to see about getting my eyebrows waxed since I’m going out of town. The asians there hardly speak any English and always have some family member running the front. The young lady w/ glasses who I spoke with asked the reason for my visit and she tells the other asian lady. I then speak to middle aged asian lady and she basically tells me to come back next week because “we have a really good eyebrow lady.” I explain to her that I’m not coming back and that I’m going out of town. I usually do not come to this location but I was on lunch break and thought it would be okay given that I’ve been here before without any issues as a walk-in. Also, there is a big walk-in sign on their front door. Usually when I come here, the customer service and care seems off. They also want you to tip in cash and check only which is laughable. Get with the times and take your walk-ins welcome sign off if you are not able to do services. I do not recommend anyone coming here.

5 /5 Sabrina’s American Girl Channel: Loved the way my nails turned out and the service was awesome. My nail tech was Tammy and she was so nice and worked so hard while trying to make my nails look good. I’m in love with them. Definitely recommend coming here.

For at least 10 years the nail artists at Expert Nails have taken good care of me. Tracy pampered me today. Shes the best.

1 /5 Steph Aycock: Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. From the nail tech taking a call on her phone to being completely forgotten about because they were short staffed. I’ve never written a bad review for anyone however the way they handled the situation and the complete disregard for their customers experience has me needing to share my experience.
