5 /5 Caroline Stock: We’ve taken our daughter to Family ER multiple times, and they’ve always been amazing! The staff is super kind and great with little ones. They get us in and out quickly without ever making us feel rushed. It’s great knowing we have a place we can count on for fast, friendly care. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Elizabeth Boyd: I can not say enough good things about the care I received here and the staff! I came in before 7am, and from the time of check-in to the time I was transferred to another hospital for surgery, everything was smooth. The staff communicated the plan clearly. My nurse, Alma, was excellent, and she really made me feel so much better. The radiologist on staff was also really kind and walked me through my first ever CT. Finally, the ER doctors (Dr. Valenti and Dr. Daniels) were kind and professional, and I never felt rushed when speaking to them. It is very reassuring to have such a high-quality facility and staff so close to home.

Had a follow up question and he was on the phone quickly and address my question . Wish all my interactions with the medical profession went as smoothly.

5 /5 Maiah Miller: So so wonderful—my toddler was miserable and I was able to make an impromptu appointment and we were called back within minutes of arriving. Everyone was supper attentive and kind and so gentle and sweet with him. The facility is super nice and clean and new looking. I can’t speak to the pricing yet as I haven’t received the bill so I’m hoping insurance treats it as a regular ER visit in terms of pricing.

5 /5 D R: A family member took me here when I was extremely ill from the flu. The staff, nurses, and Doctors were wonderful. They got me past the horrible pain and wrote for me the prescriptions I needed. Compassionate, great service, and excellent bedside manner. I also needed help paying my insurance "patient responsibility" portion due. Their Patient Advocacy Line got me to Billing, and the kindest woman, Mayra, helped me work out a payment solution so I could satisfy my debt. Very grateful for these good people and the beautiful facility.
