5 /5 Andy Cornevin: I was driving from Arlington to an important meeting in Tyler when the driver side windshield wiper flew off during a rainstorm. I was on I20 in Terrell, so I limped into town and pulled into the first automotive garage which happened to be Fix It. Javier couldn’t have nicer, and had me fixed up in under 10 minutes. Now it was time to pay, and I had never asked for a quote, so I was prepared for anything, because Fix It had solved my emergency. What a pleasant surprise when the bill was only $32. I have found that sometimes a customer gets “punished “ when in a situation like mine. I’m not sure if I will ever be in a situation to return to Fix It, but I do want to let the folks in and around Terrell that there is a very HONEST automotive business in town. Thank you, Javier!!!
