4 /5 Richard Franklin: Replaced fuel pump/sensor. Overall, good service. Could have done better communicating when the diagnostic was complete and when part came in. I had to call for information on both occasions. Advisor was knowledgeable and explained the issue and repair process. Positive experience.

5 /5 Jeania Reagan: Car broke down at work, had it towed to the Ford house to have it fixed. Explained what happened to the service dept. had it all checked out. Once they figured out exactly what was wrong they checked the recall list and found out it was covered 100% and went even further and fixed another recall problem on top of that instead of having me to come back another time. My car was fixed and given back on the same day it was towed. Thank you Port Lavaca Ford for your speedy service.
