They are very communicative, do not try to "upsell" the customer, instead, they make recommendations to upcoming needed maintenance and repairs. The technicians are very knowledgeable, and once again, the office staff, and Owner are great, on site, and ready to answer any questions the customer has. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone in need of automotive repair that is priced fairly, repaired with integrity, and correctly. Ive been in this business over 30 years, and THIS is the facility I would want to be if I were still in the shop environment!
