2 /5 Michelle Thompson: Office is nice, I just hate when I’m asked to feel out a questionnaire as a new patient and it’s clear the doctor never even reviewed it. Honestly didn’t discuss anything with me as a new patient, just that I was cavity free. Went back for a second visit, was surprised the doctor himself cleaned my teeth or should I say used the cavitiron for 5 min and called it good. And still did not bring up the fact I had indicated I was interested in implants as noted on my new patient forms. Also fist bumping a middle aged woman is just weird.

Never felt more comfortable bringing my family to keep up with their dental hygiene.

They didn’t hesitate to move my appointment up and welcomed me with such understanding and compassion. Even though I couldn’t afford much, they offered me the best possible option without making me feel ashamed or overlooked. That meant more than they know. Today, I had my wisdom tooth removed, and everything about the process felt gentle, safe, and smooth. I carried fear from past experiences, but their kindness eased it all. Every person I encountered was patient, warm, and genuinely present. We had heartfelt conversations, and I was given clear, honest answers to every question I had. They didn’t just treat my pain—they treated me like a person who mattered. And that made all the difference.

I called twice to confirm the price of a basic teeth cleaning under their new patient special and was assured of the cost. However, after arriving, I filled out a stack of paperwork and spent over an hour getting X-rays—still with no cleaning. Finally, the dentist came in, confirmed I had no cavities and generally healthy teeth, aside from some grinding. But instead of a cleaning, a financial coordinator came in and told me the cost had skyrocketed to over $400 because it had been over a year since my last cleaning. This was never mentioned over the phone, despite me providing all relevant information. After wasting nearly two hours and arranging childcare, I refused to pay the inflated fee and left without a cleaning. To add insult to injury, three weeks later, I received a bill for the X-rays I never agreed to. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and the lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone looking for honest and efficient care.
