4 /5 My Fortress Construction: Edit:
I just saw the offer for compensation. Im not going to come in at this point, but at least youre willing to deal with problems. I will update my review to four stars for that.
Response to the owner. I am hoping that you just dont know what is going on, because otherwise that is a very dishonest answer and practice. It is not a used tire. I am taking pictures right now that show it matches the three other tires I bought all at the same time and the plug that your people put in it. My wife said that a guy took the wheel off, took it over and shoved something into it and then put it back on. Your guys can doctor receipts, but the facts are the facts. Now, if your guys are being sneaky behind your back, then post a comment letting me know, and that you are taking care of it, otherwise I will know you are in on it and people need to stay far, far away.

I have had a couple of flats fixed here over the last 2 years and both times they charged me $25. Central punctures via a nail or screw. Easy patch, however I have heard some people mumbling about dishonesty but I had never seen it, until now.
I sent my wife in to get an inspection and to repair a central puncture (nothing in the sidewall) that was a slow leak. They charged her $60 for the repair. I can understand a jump to maybe $35, but $60?
To top it off I just found out they did a plug, not even a patch. NEVER PLUG A NEW TIRE! Sheesh...
Shops taking advantage of women is not ok.
