She asks questions and discusses her clients needs and interests to ensure a good and healthy experience. That being said, she also maintains honesty with her clients about what will work and what wont according to a persons hair type, color, skin tone, sensitivities, frequency and type of hair care, etc. She books up quickly, but its because shes worth it.
