Coming from someone who worked in the auto industry for 12 years and have worked with many different shops/mechanics no one can come CLOSE to this place! From owner to every single employee I was treated immediately with kindness, honesty and the fastest turn around time! Not to mention I was shocked how low their prices for parts and labor were on PREMIUM parts. I drive a lot and need the best. They didn’t disappoint and won’t disappoint you either!!!! Great job HDS!!!!

5 /5 Sandy Remschel: I was in NB for a few days. On my way there my check engine light came on. I wanted it checked before driving home. I chose this garage based on reviews. They did not disappoint. They got me in and out quickly, were extremely friendly and didn’t charge me even though they certainly could have. I would definitely recommend.

5 /5 Heidi Lien: I just moved to New Braunfels and had an emergency repair needed for my VW Tiguan. I can’t say enough about HDS. Despite being very busy they squeezed me in, they stayed in communication with me the whole time to ensure I knew what was happening and what the repairs would cost….. they go above and beyond. I feel so blessed to have found this shop and Cris the owner is awesome.

5 /5 Alescia Green: I was referred to Chris for my bmw and let me tell you I am so glad I was!! He is amazing! He is fast, extremely educated and most of all he is FAIR!!!!! So many shops will take you for every dollar not HDS automotive, so Chris has now earned a forever customer when I need to take my bmw or my infinity for anything even an oil change it will now be with hds automotive and I live in San Antonio so I’ll make the drive. Please if your in need of a good HONEST mechanic do not look any further!!! Also Lauretta the receptionist is a breath of fresh air! Very sweet girl!! And his other mechanic I believe Cody is his name (sorry if I’m wrong I’m bad with names) he is very nice as well!! All around 10/10 I would rate 100 stars if I could! And I was not asked to leave this review I wanted to and offered to do it bc I was so happy. Oh and his shop is so cool love the beetle aesthetic
