1 /5 Yadira Lisset Mendoza: Took our vehicle to get serviced. We were initially given a price of $100 to change the water pump and told it would take 2 days. Shop was recommended by my father in law. About 6 days in, he tells my father in law that the price would increase after he had already begun to work on it so we had no choice but to leave it there. Said it required another part changed. 10 days later, the truck was ready and we were told price went up to $200. We were assuming it was for the extra part. When my husband picked it up, he found out the other part was not changed. He offered $150 since nothing extra had been done. He was rudely told to just pay the $100 and to never go back. Even my father in law was banned. To top it off, he called my father in law saying that my husband showed up yelling and causing a scene, and also that he left burning rubber. My husband has a witness that none of this occurred. Very unprofessional and time consuming. Even though we were "banned" from seeking services, we would not have returned to this shop. If price was going to change or other services needed to be rendered, the client needs to be told in advance in order to gain approval. This was not done.. Bad experience with this shop.
