1 /5 pradeep chamarthi: I have a Honda Accord Touring and have been going to Honcura for the past two years for engine and transmission oil changes, despite not receiving good service from the manager. However, this time the experience was particularly terrible. During the transmission oil change, I noticed the mechanic removed the driver-side fender liner, which costs $456 OEM, but he didn’t put it back. When I checked a few days later, it was missing.
I returned to the service center and pointed out the mechanic who did the service, but the manager refused to check with him. Instead, he responded arrogantly, telling me not to come to his shop and to complain to the police if I wanted. He was not willing to listen to my concerns.
I would rate this service center negatively and strongly advise against going there. It’s worth going to a showroom service station rather than this center.
