5 /5 Ty: I have been admitted onto the neuro floor, the surgery floor, and the observation floor. All three times I have had a pleasant experience. Doctors and nurses communicated well with me. They let me know what the care plan was going to be. When I called for care, someone responded in a reasonable amount of time. Geraldine was very attentive and helpful. I always had a safe discharge. This last visit was almost an unsafe discharge, but the doctors, physical therapists, and case managers collaborated further and made an aftercare plan for me. I was discharged with care.

4 /5 Mark Wang: I came here to do imaging for my brain as it is closer to where I live so I dont need to go to the medical district. The other thing good about hospital not in the downtown area is free parking here. I check-in at the front desk and then they guide us to the area I need to go to, I am already in the system so it was fast and easy. I feel safe and the quality of care is great here.

5 /5 TLT99: Ive been visiting this location for general health issues and CT scans, nothing major. All staff including all nurses and physicians that interface with me have been professional, kind and quick. The wait times that I experienced with the other two major hospital chains were long and almost unbearable. Houston Methodist is my preferred healthcare provider.
