5 /5 Steve Mobley: I want to Thank Hunt Regional Hospital and the staff that Amanda Garza works for to Finally recognize this young lady for the above and beyond work she provides. The Customer Service Excellence Dept has a special young lady that is passionate, extremely professional and doesnt mind taking the time to listen. I was on the 4th floor on May 18th 2022, I have a Gullian Barre Sydrome and had falling broke several bones in right leg and 6 ribs. Its hard to talk about Guillain Barre Sydrome to anyone because most people have never heard of it. In my case I was paralyzed from the neck down because a Flu shot I took on 9/20/2020 by November 2020 I was diagnosed with GBS. Amanda Garza came by room on the 4th floor and we talk a little and she wanted to take the time to hear my story, started from the very beginning but as we were talking she was so compassionate, caring, and really wanted know details nobody had taking the time to listen to before. When she left it was amazing how i felt and how happy I was to finally get to explain GBS to someone who really cared. I am a regular at the Hospital 3 times a week for physical therapy on the 2nd floor temporary across the street I am in my 15 month of therapy I am also thankful for Justins group because I would never be where I am today I thought I would never walk again. I make a point when enter the Hospital that I always look for Amanda Garza just to speak with her see how her days going and she is always helping someone, very proud of her also very thank full she was finally recognize for the great work she does.
