Hunt Regional Medical Center - Emergency Room - Greenville (TX)

1 /5 M.W. Lowman: I am a Disabled Veteran, and last I was transported to Hunt Regional Medical center via EMS as my temperature reached almost 104. When I arrived to the ER I was placed in the hallway on one of the hospital beds. NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER as that is where I stayed for the 3-4 hours perhaps longer. My personal medical history was discussed for all to hear, patients and staff. IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN THAT IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA LAWS IN A MAJOR WAY Not all the staff were rude, but there were enough to raise concerns. They acted as if I was a nuisance or inconvenience even with a poster on the wall at the nurses station that stated "We proudly support our Veterans". I can understand being busy, but for this type of care to take place is ridiculous. I have been to a few hospitals in my 52 years on this earth, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Believe me I will not going back. If I have to I will go to the VA in Dallas for treatment!!!

1 /5 ragn4rok234: This place is a joke, you will have a terrible experience here. Sometimes even years later youll find out your personally identifiable medical information has been sold off. This hospital should be shut down and not allowed to operate. Care is not something they do

5 /5 Darla Sickles: Exceptional service. I fell and fractured my wrist. They took me back immediately. From the Nurses to the Doctor to the X-ray tech, I was treated with kindness. I was in and out quickly which was important, because I had family waiting in the lobby. The treatment went smoothly. They even called my home the next morning to check on me. I’m thankful for all the staff.

1 /5 Aaron Enos: This place is a joke of a hospital, didn’t care about anyone. The doctors weren’t doing nothing but talking about stupid hospital gossip. I got walked to a room and left there for over an hour and a half without a word being said about anything. To say the least, I walked outa the hospital before I started going off on doctors.

5 /5 C L: 5 stars. My son was seen today in horrible pain. While check in was what I would consider normal, our wait time was very minimal. Once we were taken back the experience was very pleasant, all things considered. I wish I had gotten all of their names, but Jonathan was wonderful. The nurses were exceptional.Our doctors, again I failed to remember names, were absolutely phenomenal. Our son left feeling so much better and I left with such a great feeling from the care he was given.
