5 /5 Jeff Johnson: Great visit this morning! Reasonable wait times given the season were in. Intake was a breeze and the entire staff was cheerful and friendly. FNP, Robin, was amazing and patiently talked through all treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Thank you!

1 /5 Benjamin Scotti: I have gone here a couple times and have always been pleased with the doctors and their friendliness. The front desk people can definitely be more friendly. Also, today my wife took my daughter who was visibly Ill in to get tested for the flu, strep, etc because its been running its course thru our house. The doctor came in, didnt introduce herself, and asked my daughter "So what did you tell your mom to get out of school today?" As my wife was explaining what was going on, the doctor was very rude to my wife in a high and mighty way. Then the doctor only tested for strep, it came back negative, doctor came back in, said "Nope, youre fine, its just allergies. Heres a prescription for allergy meds." She said that while handing my wife the papers and then immediately walked out. Leaving my wife stunned and shocked at the lack of professionalism and respect. We will probably be back but something needs to happen with how this doctor treats their patients.

1 /5 Madison Bentley: Will not be returning, this is my third time going up here dog sick just to be told i have nothing wrong! Went to the royce city clinic after just to find out i did have strep just like i had stressed to them! Staff is not friendly at all and has a lot of attitude when they hear something different than there own opinion, again stressing my symptoms and was confused with outcome of tests just to be told she knew what she was talking about because she has been in this line for 10 years… yikes! Guess the other clinics doctors had been there for 11+ years! Definitely don’t recommend!

5 /5 Brandy Boyles: The Urgent Care team was very kind and professional. The provider was very informative and listened to all my concerns. I booked my appointment online, so the wait time was very minimal. I was in and out of my appointment in a reasonable time frame. Thank you for a great experience.
