Hunt Regional Wound Care Center - Greenville (TX)

C L 5 stars. My son was seen today in horrible pain. While check in was what I would consider normal, our wait time was very minimal. Once we were taken back the experience was very pleasant, all things considered. I wish I had gotten all of their names, but Jonathan was wonderful. The nurses were exceptional.Our doctors, again I failed to remember names, were absolutely phenomenal. Our son left feeling so much better and I left with such a great feeling from the care he was given.

Susan Milam I called on a Friday afternoon and they were closed so I left a message on the first of 5 numbers you could leave a message. It happened to be for “Maria”. She was so nice calling back the following Monday and was able to answer all my questions about vaccines needed for going on a trip to India. She was not in a hurry and gave me excellent and timely advice. Highly recommend this place.

Loletha Miller Hunt Regional Hospital is amazing I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy March 14 their maternity unit is amazing Nurses and Doct are very helpful and informational. All the staff have great manners they knock on the door before entering your room and thats really great. Overall I had a great experience

Joy _Fuggett My husband received the best care today at the wound care center. Dr. Jessica Greenway and her entire staff were so friendly while being professional. They gave my husband treatment today and lined out a course of action to heal the wound and other issues on his feet. Dr. Greenway gave us quality care and worked hard to ensure that we could afford with insurance the treatments and medications needed. Dr. Greenway and her entire staff get a 10+ from us.

RJ Muszynski I have the privilege of caring for a lady in her late 80’s. I also work crazy hours. Dr. McCrary and staff are of course wonderful, however I would like to comment on a new service we signed up for. The “Concierge” program. Signing up for this has been wonderful and Dana is just next level helpful. It gives you a point of contact to get questions answered quickly and correctly regarding medications or other things you may need to know in a timely manner. If you are a patient, or planning on being a patient, I cannot recommend the Concierge service more highly, it has been a wonderful experience.

Edie Fidone I moved to this area and my niece recommended Dr. Rushing and I am extremely satisfied with my care so far, she is very attentive and truly listens to you. Most of the time they answer the phone but if they don’t, I leave a message and they call me back same day. The office staff has always been very nice and accommodating from the beginning. I would definitely recommend Rushing Family Practice.

Steve Mobley I want to Thank Hunt Regional Hospital and the staff that Amanda Garza works for to Finally recognize this young lady for the above and beyond work she provides. The Customer Service Excellence Dept has a special young lady that is passionate, extremely professional and doesnt mind taking the time to listen. I was on the 4th floor on May 18th 2022, I have a Gullian Barre Sydrome and had falling broke several bones in right leg and 6 ribs. Its hard to talk about Guillain Barre Sydrome to anyone because most people have never heard of it. In my case I was paralyzed from the neck down because a Flu shot I took on 9/20/2020 by November 2020 I was diagnosed with GBS. Amanda Garza came by room on the 4th floor and we talk a little and she wanted to take the time to hear my story, started from the very beginning but as we were talking she was so compassionate, caring, and really wanted know details nobody had taking the time to listen to before. When she left it was amazing how i felt and how happy I was to finally get to explain GBS to someone who really cared. I am a regular at the Hospital 3 times a week for physical therapy on the 2nd floor temporary across the street I am in my 15 month of therapy I am also thankful for Justins group because I would never be where I am today I thought I would never walk again. I make a point when enter the Hospital that I always look for Amanda Garza just to speak with her see how her days going and she is always helping someone, very proud of her also very thank full she was finally recognize for the great work she does.
