griffin rogers Well, my most exciting part about owning a vehicle…it’s gonna need service. I live in San Antonio, driving North, my car dies in San Marcos. She (my car) goes to Frank’s. From the first call to my last call, I was treated as if I lived around the corner. Chris was the gentleman that helped me get signed in…he told me, to head back to SA, he would get the team on the truck and get an estimate out, asap. The continued invest on my vehicle was important. The simple fact that they were honest, they had it broken down, per my budget and asked what did I want them to do. Honesty, friendly and understanding is all we could ask as customers…AND a running car. FRANK’S will take care of the issues & the high tech service we all want, with the small town Texas service. Not sure you will find it anywhere else. Thank you!

PAC PAC Red does basic routine maintenance for a fee. He is respectful responsible and honest However he does routine maintenance and is not a certified mechanic if that matters to you. In this case it did not to me. His price was fare. Would not have called him had I not been dealing healing from an injury but glad I did and would again if I was in the situation again. Thanks Red

Paul Phipps JC is the man. I have had to take my car to JC twice (two different issues) - twice the price that he estimated to fix the issue was right on for the work he did, in other words no surprise you owe me extra $$$. I called around to compare the price with other shops for the same work and it was always less with JC. JCs quality of work is A++++++++++. If you want to know things will get done correctly and for a fair price you will not find a better mechanic to take it too.

Deepak Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.
