5 /5 Lisandra Morales: Ive been going to this shop for nearly 10 years, and I can honestly say its the only place I trust completely. That level of trust means a lot to me, and I truly appreciate having a shop like this. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The customer service is phenomenal—Michelle, in particular, always blows me away. I dont know how she does it, but she remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my warranties every time I visit. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop with such genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

They repaired what was required and didnt add extra repairs that werent necessary. The price was remarkably reasonable and the work was excellent. I will always go there for my automotive repairs.

5 /5 Beatrice Mirembe: I will give them a 5 stars! My neighbor referred me to Integrity because my Dodge had a bunch of issues. When I got to Integrity, I was totally amazed at how the lady at the front....name skipped my mind, explained what my car was going through. I had already been to 2 places and hadnt received that kind of explanation. To cut the long story short, Integrity went above and beyond, with my Durango. It kept acting up and they never gave up on me. At some point, they even came to my house and towed it away, at their expense! I will definitely go back, again and again.

5 /5 David Zapatka: My family and I move around a lot (military). It is VERY hard to find an auto repair shop that you can trust AND has excellent prices. Integrity Automotive has both. If you are new in town or just have never tried them, I HIGHLY recommend you check them out!!
