Dick Giroux My son posted a review after I told him about my experience at Cliffs Auto Repair in Bellville, TX. I went in to have a burned out headlight bulb replaced. I had purchased two replacement bulbs at a parts store. Paul Taylor, Service Manager, had the bulbs on both the driver and passenger sides replaced in less than 10 minutes and placed the one that wasnt burned out in a box in case I needed it later. Paul didnt charge me for the service, but asked me to come back for any thing I needed in the future. I told him I most certainly will. I asked him what type of replacement parts they use. He said on critical parts they use OEM parts, not aftermarket or salvage parts. On expendable parts, e.g. light bulbs and wiper blades, they use the best available.

boysailor2004 Dog Friendly - Great Guy ! I had to wait a week for a tech to come out from another company only to deny servicing me because of my service dog and his fear of any dog. When I contacted Austin County RV ...Shane immediately said..." dont worry , I am dog friendly "... second thing he said is give me your number " I will call you back "... next message within the hour..." im on my way " ! I am so happy with dealing with Shane ! To the point, Honest, and Fair on his rates. His workmanship is top.of the line. I live away from any town ...and getting techs to come out is difficult enough...waiting...having one show up...and run because my dog is on her leash in my hand .... And then.to find... a better tech...a better price....faster service... was a blessing ! Thank you Shane ! Call him if you need help.. He is the tech shop with CARE built in from the ground up.

We were stranded in between Houston on the way to New Braunfels on a new Chicken Salad Chic restaurant we are building and our van broke down. I found them on google and they not only picked us up within 15 min of my call, But had our van up and running by 3pm, so they Same day!
