5 /5 Matthew Richter: I havent been to Jiffy Lube in a long time. Not because of a bad instance but not used to high prices. Well, after going to another oil exchange where they lied about doing service it almost ruined the front end steering components. I am somewhat disable and have a difficult time crawling under my vehicle tocheck someones work. I finally had to and saw the damage on my steering linkage. I then decided to take it back to Jiffy Lube and have them check the front end out. Thats when I was greeted by Mike and we discussed my situation and the issues that I had with one of their competitors. Mike assigned my Tahoe to James, who is the Master Tech there. James (Jim) found the oil plug loose, so he tightened it, checked the steering linkage and found two worn parts. Which that was what I found also. But, i could not do the work myself. Mike gave me a bottle of water, made sure that I was kept informed of the progress from time to time, including the tech, Jim would up date me as well. Ive decided that if I want better service , honest, reliable, service done on my vehicle i should remember that you get what you pay for. Bottom line is Mike, Jim, won my business once again. I may have to pay a little more, but the quality of service goes with it.
